Guy and rose capparelli

The legendary gaetano capparelli came to america in the 1920s at the age of 10 from calabria, italy. as a young boy he worked in a bakery and trained as an apprentice baker.

Guy and his wife rose capparelli created mouthwatering, authentic italian dishes from scratch and made a name for themselves in pennsylvania. they brought their legacy to texas and became a well-known, family-owned and -operated business. today, the second and third generation families continue the legacy in multiple locations accross san antonio, la vernia, rockport and pleasanton.
